Glad you like the picture (I guess that's a little presumptuous you didn't actually say you like it, but I think it would be kind of strange for me to say, "I'm glad you love pictures in general")(though I am).
This was actually my very first experiment with Photoshop. I picked a useless picture (in case I found a way to mess up the file and lose it forever) clicked on one of the first effect buttons I found, and behold!

Have you taken many pictures? You should post some on your blog for us all to see.
